How To Report A Lost or Stolen CryptoSpend Card

Discover how to report your card as lost or stolen, and prevent unauthorised transactions from happening again!

How to report a lost or stolen CryptoSpend Visa card through the app:

  1. Sign in to the CryptoSpend app.

  2. Tap on the "Cards" tab.

  3. Look for "Card Controls".

  4. Tap on "Report card as lost or stolen".

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

A new physical card will be sent to your previous delivery address. You will receive your new card within 14-21 business days.

To freeze your CryptoSpend Visa card from unauthorised transactions:

  1. Sign in to the CryptoSpend app.

  2. Tap on the "Cards" tab.

  3. Look for "Card Controls".

  4. Tap on "Freeze your card".

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

You can unfreeze your card at any time by following the same steps and tapping on "Unfreeze your card".

Additional tips:

  • If you are unsure whether to report your card as lost or stolen, it is always best to take on the side of caution and report it.

  • If you find your lost card after you have reported it as lost or stolen, please contact CryptoSpend customer support to let them know.
