Terms and Conditions for our Black Friday Giveaway in 2022

Terms and Conditions

  1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Entry into the giveaway competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

  3. The Promoter is CRYPTOSPEND PTY LTD (ACN 630 245 813)

  4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.

  5. Entrants must already be CryptoSpend users, if they are not, the competition is open to new users, these new users must Download CryptoSpend app, Verify their identity and KYC on the app. To verify your identity you can use a passport, drivers licence. Once completed they will be able to enter into this giveaway competition.

  6. To enter, the entrant must Buy, Cash out, Pay bills, or Spend at least $20 worth of crypto through CryptoSpend.

  7. The Promotion commences on the 25/11/22 and on the End Date 28/11/22 11:59pm AEST/AEDT ("Promotional Period"). Only valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period. Winners of the giveaway will be announced on 29/11/22.

  8. The Prize is 2 separate giveaway prizes to be awarded to two separate winners. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

  9. The prize is $500 in BTC awarded to each of the two giveaway winners.

  10. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

  11. Entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via @cryptospendau only on the Verified Facebook, Instagram and Twitter @cryptospendau pages

  12. The competition with entry via social media platforms are open only to residents of Australia and new customers who have not previously completed the KYC process.

  13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but is not limited, to entrants and households using multiple CryptoSpend accounts or forms of identification.

  14. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

  15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to large technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

  16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.

  17. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
