Now that you are verified, you can start depositing Australian dollar into your CryptoSpend account by using a unique CryptoSpend PayID or BSB and Account Number.
Note: If you'd like to buy crypto or order a physical CryptoSpend card, you will need to deposit Australian dollars into your CryptoSpend account first.
Step by Step Guide to Deposit Australian Dollars
1. Tap on "Deposit"
2. Tap "Deposit AUD"
3. Copy the PayID or BSB and Account Number
4. Once you've copied the PayID or BSB and Account Number, paste it into your banking app and complete the transfer process. 😊
5. Wait for your Australian dollars to arrive.
6. Done! Once your deposit has arrived, you should see proof in the Transaction History on the home screen.
Note: First time deposits can take up to 12-48 hours to arrive in your CryptoSpend account, as your bank will need to review where the funds are going. Once your first deposit into CryptoSpend has been approved by your bank, all future AUD deposits will be instant!
We only accept deposits from your own personal bank account. We do not allow third party credits (i.e. Non-Australian Banks (Revolut, Wise, UBank)). If we receive any third party credits into your CryptoSpend wallet, as per our deposit policy, it will be refunded within the next 1-2 business days of receiving the third party credit.
